Can I track my order?
Yes, if you select one of our express delivery options such as UPS 2-Day, then you can check its status.

What kind of packaging does my order come in?
ALT7 products are shipped in non-descript envelopes and boxes with only our address on the mailing label.

Why can’t I select Priority or Express Mail for shipping?
Priority and Express Mail are provided solely for orders to be delivered to a P.O. Box as a way to give those customers a faster option than standard delivery.

When will my order be shipped?
See order status. Express delivery options such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air and Priority Mail are shipped on the same day, if your order is received by 2:45 pm ET. Standard delivery orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. During checkout, our shipping options will indicate when you will receive your order.

Will UPS deliver my order on the weekend?
The UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day shipping options are for business days only. UPS Saturday Delivery may be offered during checkout for specific zip codes. UPS also does not deliver on most holidays.

Do I need to sign for my order?
ALT7 requires a signature of your order that includes item(s) priced $250 or more, or when orders exceed $400.
