Domestic Shipping Information

Delivered in the eastern United States in 5-12 business days.
Delivered in the western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories in 10-14 business days. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping Information
Shipping rates can vary by country. During checkout, you will see the specific shipping rates for your order before you place it. We are not responsible for any duties, customs, conversions, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Our shipper uses the most cost efficient carrier closet to your ordering location.
Shipping To Military Addresses
All U.S. military personnel are considered to reside in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed, for shipping purposes. Because of this standard, there are certain special guidelines you must follow to deliver an order to a military address.
• Address the package like normal with the recipient’s name and other information.
• Instead of city, select either APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office).
• Instead of state, select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe & Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
• Enter the zip code provided by the military.
• For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
Because of military guidelines, we have to ship your order via the United States Postal Service.
Backordered Items & Shipping Policies
If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra. We cannot ship free or backordered items by express mail. This is noted in your Order Status online. If you choose an express delivery option and none of the items in your order was shipped via that method, then we will refund you the difference.
Alt7 requires a signature of your order that includes item(s) priced $250 or more, or when orders exceed $400.
What’s the estimated delivery time, and how is it calculated?
Our estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:
estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time
Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.
We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfillment time. Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

Issues with print or embroidery files

Products being out of stock

Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.
If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.
SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.
Additionally, our shipping carriers have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping due to circumstances like natural disasters and other service disruptions. You can review the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage.
Please note that the list of countries where we or our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change.
Are all products in an order shipped together?
